Overtime rates time and half applies after 8 hours, double time after 10 hours. Travel rate half rate per hour outside the GTA. Cancellation policy for confirmed bookings with less than 48hrs are subject to a charge of half rate and within 24hrs will be charged at full fee. Direct booking cancellations are subject to full fee once the job has been confirmed. Weather permit must be specified at time of the booking. Cancellation n/c if services are immediately rescheduled. Services not rescheduled will be charged at full fee. Lingerie and underwear rates will be charged for bras, pants, slips, pantyhose, swimwear and slip wear. Any lingerie or nude bookings must be specified and communicated prior to the booking. Usage rights are limited to the specific rights granted and confirmed by agency and may not be extended without further negotiations. The agency reserves the rights to enforce book or release on options if secondary Job is ready to confirm. Social media is to be negotiated as a separate entity and not included in the standard web & electronic media usage. Hair cutting or colour must be agreed with the agency directly prior to the shoot day. Direct Bookings involving a Foreign Worker requires at least 10 business days to process a Labour Market opinion. Plutino Models does not guarantee the successful administration of Labour Market opinions or visas nor is liable for any charges due to the cancelation of a Foreign Worker booking. Direct booking cancellations by the client are subject to full fee once the job has been confirmed. Model Expenses Any expenses incurred by the Agency/Model i.e. Flight, hotel etc. in relation to the booking must be paid in 30 days or will be subject to 20% agency fee.20% service fee or agency fee will be added to all model's rates.Payment net 30 days.
